hai...im from malaysia and im new in FM...i was manage QPR and i find hard to get a victory...i have signed many player..such as erik torres,eriksen,etc....but im still find it hard to get a victory...anyone please help me...

I'd agree with Posh about Writinguy's tactic. Works really well.
It's difficult to say what might help, we could do with knowing what tactic you use.
Also try looking for a training schedule, I think Posh has posted one.
There's a list of wonderkids on here too, you could try and sign one or two of those and Posh has also posted a list of Free Agents, they're well worth a look.
