Getting down to the final weeks of the first season and all the managers are still in place, quite an achievement in this day and age of footie.

All the managers jobs are between "stable" and a couple (Posh & Niko) at "very secure" and the The Deeb whose job is listed as "Untouchable"

Carbo's Crewe has slipped back to 23rd spot and is 4 points adrift of the next team with 6 matches left.

Well the season is over and all that is left is to announce the Manager of the Year.

Quite a prestigious award and this years recipient really performed miracles in the second half of the season at Torquay enabling them to gain promotion.

He is enjoying Blue Square footie this season but the board has confidence in him and has offered him a new contract which keeps him at Crewe until June 2012.
