Many people are experiencing crash dumps on their games. These can be caused by many problems and are generally related to the computer itself and not the game.

After making sure that your DirectX and Graphics cards are up to date I suggest downloading ccleaner from ccleaner.com

Install and run that program on your registry and also clearing your browser and cookies.

Then go into Steam, go offline. Restart your computer and start FM up again.

I have had reports that it has fixed many issues with the game.

my gmae is really slow I cant search for players because it takes me a hour to do that I reinstalled the game ...my local disks are cleaned my computer is really good but the same thing again ....slow game  

Did you delete your game cache? That will help clean up some of the crap  

sorry if this sounds pretty weird,how do u check if your direct X is upto date,dont think i have ever done this.

If you have installed FM its already up to date
