Ok, you have now landed in the nPower League 2 as Liverpool went into a financial downspin and had to sell off all their star players to absorb their debts.
Some of the players stayed in the EPL, while others went abroad to peddle their wares. One even went to the MLS and is playing for Houston Dynamo.

The team were also kicked out of the Europa Cup so you don't have that income coming in.

Fortunately some ex-liverpudlians have come to the rescue and offered their services very cheaply to bring Liverpool back to glory.

Ray Clemence has been named Chairman

Kenny Dalglish is the General Manager

John Toshack is the Director of Football

Steve Coppel is the Asst Manager

David James is the GK Coach/Player

John Barnes is the Scout

Robbie Fowler has returned from Australia to play once again in front of the Kop


Stephen Wright has signed a 3 year deal back at his former club

The new owners have managed to hold onto Stephen Darby, Jonjo Shelvey, Daniel Wilson and Nathan Eccleston.

You have the makings of a good squad here but little money to work with. In fact you are over your wage budget to start and only have $1k for a transfer budget.

Do you sell a couple of potential wonderkids and rake the cash in, or play them and go up the leagues?

In keeping with nPower 2 standards your ticket prices have dropped but you now have no debts.

As part of the realignment Port Vale have been promoted to nPower 1, Brighton to the Championship and QPR to the Premier.

I know he got his kicks in Minnesota later on in life and then caught a cold in Philly

End of season one in my game and Liverpool didn't win the division but made the playoffs and got promoted along with Rotherham (Champs) Torquay and Chesterfield.

Robbie Fowler bagged 12 goals this season

David James had a brilliant season, played 58 games

League Cup, made it to the 3rd round and got thumped 6-0 at The Emirates.

FA Cup, third round lost 1-0 at home to QPR

Second season and finished runners up to Southampton who romped away with the title by 19 points.

Got promotion through the playoffs though

Robbie Fowler only scored a couple of goals this season, his stamina died and was promptly buried at the Kop end.

Still no money to work with so relying on freebies and loans, no big name players in yet but will need some this coming season.

Crashed out of both cups in the first rounds so that was a letdown

Jamie Carragher returned from Houston to join West Ham.

Dirk Kuyt left Inter for Lyon

Cardiff promoted to the Premier

When I load up a new game, 3 countries have yellow triangles next to them. One of them is England. it says it 'requires minimum 22 teams for Isthmian Premier, but found only 21.

Brazil and Belgium are the other 2 with problems, and they say a similar thing.

Anyone any ideas?

Sounds like you have more than one edited database checked?

yeah, good call. But I tried that, as I did have 2 edited databases, but I still got the same result. I'd really like to play this game too.

I just started a game on this,

I signed

Jamie O'hara and James Vaughen on loan ive also got Oscar coming in on loan in January when he turns 18

I won my first match 3-0 currently 1st in the league
