right guys i went back to classic tactics and went 4-1-3-2. and change team instructions and player instructions. i started a career with partick and was tipped by the media to finish 6th in my first season in the end i came 5th. second season again tipped to come 6th but after 10 games i was 1st and 2nd sadly few of my best players got injured and felt i couldn't do anymore and moved to QPR
back to classic Queensparkrangerstactic

as you can see SWP is red thats because joey barton is injured but he has been doing very well

since taking over QPR i have not lost going back to the blackpool game
back to classic Queensparkrangersfixtur

I am a firm believer of the DM player in the space between Midfield and Defenders in the English game.
It may take a while for it to take effect but once the team gets used to the style of play there will be no going back.

Good post, Thommers. Interesting to see how you're doing.

It's one of the things that this game allows you to learn, is how best to get your team to play, as well as how best it can play against your opponents.

Often, it's easy to just hook up with a tactic and just leave it. But sometimes you need to understand why it works as well as why it doesn't.

For me, this is where I get attached to a game. It would be good for you to post your progress in the career section. You don't have to come up with a story or anything, just give us an update of your results.

All this has probably helped you watch a match differently too.

Thanks for sharing
