This is the Vitrex skin by Emil Debski, the skin is from FM16 but has been adapted to work in FM17

Download file. Unzip and place Vitrex 17 1336x768 folder into
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\skins

Chose the Vitrex skin in the game menu.
