I really dont like the player shadows on the pitch so I decided to remove them.

If you want to remove them on your game go to

Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Football Manager 2015\data\sigfx\character_parts\shadow

and either remove those two files or rename them oldplain_black_texture and oldplayer_shadow.sia

That way you can add them back in if you like in the future.
