overwrite? i just had to make new maps because they doesn't exist??
Restarted fm but nothing...
I still have the original scorpio skin, not the updated one, maybe...
It is deffo an overwrite of those .xml files in the panels folder. I just opened the skin and looked.
However, if you have his very first one, its possible that they were not in there. I know that the one posted in this topic works.
Hopefully, his latest version Scorpio V2 will be out this weekend and it does work on that as well.

I'm having the same issue, but I think there is a knik in the installation instructions. I am using the Scorpio skin. The first part of the instruction talks of a pathway ......Football Manager 2014\YourSkin\fm2014\panels
The fm2014 doesn't exist in the skin (or any other as far as I can tell. So I created that directory , and then panels inside that, and copied the files there.
Didn't work, so then I also copied them into the panels directory of the skin, but again no good.
This seems confusing, no critiscm intended, but I think it needs clarification

Sorry that should have read "kink" in the instructions.

Yep, just took a look, but its really simple as there is only one place that the panels are located.
So just go to your skin Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\Dazs Scorpio Skin V2\panels and put the files in there and overwrite the files match title bar score and match title bar (both .xml files)

Well I downloaded and installed the new Scorpio skin (the one named extras) but I still don't see the scoreboard working. I cleared the cache, reloaded the skin, but in my first game Europa league, I don't see the competition name mentioned.
Obviously I am doing something wrong, maybe you could post a directory tree showing the file structure to help work this out.
Thanks.

Now it does only work on the actual games on the pitch, there is a an arrow in the bottom right of the pitch that turns the scoreboard on and off. Can you try that for me ?

Yes I have found that arrow, and yes that turned it on. Thank you for that.
You guys have some amazing stuff, but the instructions on how to install and use do tend to miss vital bits that techno numpties like me will not know.
Keep up the good work, but always remember you geniuses are in the minority, we clowns in the majority.

I cant remember what it was exactly i downloaded a few years back graphics wise for FM but i always remember there was some sort of auto-install included with some graphics releases.Although personally i never find many problems with installation of various things i do think this would be a good idea for people who arent so clever so to speak.
