| Xavante - Brasil de Pelotas
So I have started with this team, starting off in the Brazilian Third Tier and am planning to take them to the top as soon as possible, though it is mainly a 5 year plan to get them to the top tier and a 10 year plan to win the league. I have just finished the 1st Stage Groups where 4 teams are relegated, 8 teams are safe and another 8 go through to the second stage. Here's how we are doing so far:
Caxias 3:3 Brasil de Pelotas Goalscorers:Marcos Denner, Luiz Carlos, Guilherme
Brasil de Pelotas 5:1 Marilia Goalscorers:Asprilla, Rafael Xavier, Gleisson, Luiz Carlos, Juba
Luverdense 0:3 Brasil de Pelotas Goalscorers:Leleu, Juninho, Gleisson
Brasil de Pelotas 1:1 Chapecoense Goalscorers:Luiz Carlos
Brasil de Pelotas 2:1 Caxias Goalscorers:Guilherme, Carlos Alberto
Marilia 1:1 Brasil de Pelotas Goalscorers:Luiz Carlos
Chapecoense 2:0 Brasil de Pelotas
Luverdense 0:0 Brasil de Pelotas
So we got through as group winners by 3 points, Chapecoense, the only side to beat us and for us not to beat in the group, also got through, and we face them in the second stage too:
Group B:
Brasil de Pelotas Chapecoense CRB Ipatinga
So we're off to a good start, now to see where we can take it from here, 3 straight games without a win after a good start, can we get rid of this form or will we face another season in the lowest tier of Brazilian football? Only 2 teams from each group progresses, here's hoping! |

| This is so interesting, still can't figure out all the nuances of Brazilian league rules but will follow this and see how you do.

| So, the promoted and the ones who came close are seperated now by 6 games, here we go:
Brasil de Pelotas 2:1 Chapecoense
Ipatinga 3:1 Brasil de Pelotas
CRB 2:0 Brasil de Pelotas
Capecoense 2:0 Brasil de Pelotas
Brasil de Pelotas 2:0 Ipatinga
Brasil de Pelotas 1:2 CRB
So, if we had beaten CRB we'd have come second in the group, a draw would have done us no favours and I knew that before the game. So close to promotion but the way we played the last 9 games, it was never to be!
Decided to load up a few more leagues so when they become available I might see if there are any interesting jobs, not sure just yet though, have to wait and see! |

| Well, after 4 more games, including a 10-0 defeat to Internacional, all games played in the Gaucho state open, I have decided to resign, the team just wouldn't gel to any tactic I incorporated. Will have to see where I end up now! |

| So after nearly a year since getting my first job, I have finally got my second job! Haverfordwest County of the Welsh league! After contemplation between them and Porthmadog I decided to go for these guys. They have a very nice wage budget but I have had to hire an assistant from Sierra Leone so how good he will be I do not know! Hopefully I can steer clear of relegation, predicted 9th of 12 with bottom 2 relegated. Going to look really closely for players to sign etc! See you after pre-season |

| Yeah, Haverfordwest !!
Love it, the Welsh leagues have so much potential. Now you can get them into the Champions League and fulfill my Welsh Challenge as well !!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Making FM a better game to play. |
