Taking Southend to new heights ?

As some of you may know that Southend's nickname is The Shrimpers so what a perfect club to only have players that are 5' 6" and shorter.

Your challenge is to take them to the Premier but you can only transfer in players that are 5' 6" or shorter.

I have started you off with a full squad of eligible players although you are already over your salary level and have little transfer budget to play with.
