If you want your old pitches, make a back up copy first.
Unzip the file, and put the contents of the folder into here Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Football Manager 20xx\data\sigfx\mesh\pitch Overwrite any files when it asks.

The official pitch is awful. Can we use this pitch in FM16, if not will it be updated for FM16 soon?

If you verify your game cache via steam it will rebuild those files for you.
Again, only copy the textures over not the whole thing.
