Coca Cola League 2 Managers
Challenge

The managers of the Coca Cola League 2 teams have been
fired and will be replaced by you.

The Concept
Each Manager has to take their club as far as they can, hopefully to the
top of the Premier and into Europe, or you could be offered a job
overseas and even maybe a National job.
You will get three lives, so if you are fired or you resign you lose a
life.

How it Works
First off, you fill in the sign-up form which will is posted below. You
must be a member in good standing to sign up, that means regular
involvement and postings.

Once 24 people have signed up, they will then be drawn to their
clubs.
I will create the database on the 10.3 patch

What follows are
month-by-month reports on your progress at your club.

If you lose your job or your Manager resigns, that means you have lost a
life.

After the reports, there will be a lives table where you will see the
number of lives you have left alongside the number of days you spent at
your club before leaving.

You can also see your job security in each report.

Once you lose
all three lives, you are out of the contest but you can still post on
the thread.

The Live Draw
The Live Draw will be conducted once all 24 spaces have been subscribed
to and confirmed, and will take place in this thread.

It will be random, made using a random number
generator. Each club will be given a number between one and twenty
four, and the users will be assigned a number from the live draw.

For instance, if the first random number generated is 10, the first
person to sign up will be given club 10.

The Updates
Updates will be posted once a week, and each one reflects one month’s
game time.

Each update will give a summary of the managers’ performances.

Each update will also have a manager of the update, determined by the
success of the club that particular month.

This
will determine for you a number of your attributes that will be set at
11, and a number of them which will be set at 1. Each colour has two
personal data, two tactical attributes and two coaching attributes set
at 11, and each has one personal datum, one tactical attribute and one
coaching attribute that will be set at 1.
These are based on the
descriptions and values of the colours already pre-determined in a
spreadsheet that is hidden in the FMF vaults.

You will also start
with a Current Ability of 80 and a Potential Ability of ? (Remember the
Skittles)
You will all be between 40-45 at the
start of the game also.

Managers that get fired don't seem to get another job

So I am thinking that.................................

Load lots of smaller nation leagues that seem to have lots of jobs always available. Indonesia, Bulgaria, Regional Premier Divs in England etc

yes aadd smaller nations as that may get everyone a job at some point
